TERMS OF SALES
Article 1
This seasonal rental contract is reserved for the exclusive use of the REVIGORA residence.

Article 2 - Duration of stay
The customer signing this estimate or invoice concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances avail himself any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - conclusion of the contract, reservation and means of payment
A/ Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has paid the owner the full payment of his stay within 14 days of arriving at the scene. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the rental will be paid for a reservation beyond 14 days and more.
The rental concluded between the parties to this act can in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner.
Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the proceeds of the rental remaining definitively acquired from the owner.
B/ Online booking and means of payment
Reservations made on the site www.revigora-locations.fr will only be effective if the latter is guaranteed by the customer, either by communicating a credit card number with expiry date or by payment of a deposit, and after receipt of a detailed booking confirmation.
The payment of the whole of the services will be made directly with REVIGORA LOCATIONS,
REVIGORA LOCATIONS reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
Reservations regardless of their origin will be payable in euros only.
REVIGORA LOCATIONS accepts the following credit cards tes: Visa, MasterCard and American-Express, and has a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted to the reservation in order to prevent any disclosure to a third party.
When of the recording of the reservation, an authorization of debit of the credit card will be carried out.
The customer is the only one responsible for his choice of the services and their adequacy with his needs, so that the responsibility of REVIGORA LOCATIONS cannot be sought in this respect.
Article 4 - cancellation by the tenant
Any cancellations must be notified by registered letter or telegram to the owner.
A / Cancellation before arrival at the premises
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the estimate or invoice, this contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his aparthotel. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request the balance of the rental.
B /
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
The landlord pays the tenant all the sums paid, he is required to make a proposal for accommodation in line with the reservation made.
Article 6 - Arrival
The tenant must show up on the specified day and at the specified time. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance
The balance of the rental is paid upon entering the premises.

Article 8 - Inventory
An inventory is established jointly by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and to and from the aparthotel. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures.
The state of cleanliness of the aparthotel on the arrival of the tenant must be noted between the parties. The cleaning of the premises is carried out by the owner from 7 days of residence of the tenant.
Article 9 - Damage
The tenant agrees to reimburse the amount of the cost of restoring the premises if damage were observed by the owner.
Article 10 - Use of premises
The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the destination of the premises .
Article 11 – Capacity
The estimate or invoice is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people
Article 12 – Animals
The quote or invoice specifies whether or not the tenant can stay with a pet. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.
Article 13 – Insurance
The lessee is liable for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
Article 14 - Payment of charges
At the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the owner the charges not included in the price .
The amount is established on the basis of calculation mentioned on the estimate or invoice and proof is provided by the owner.
Article 15 – Disputes
Any complaint relating to the inventory of fixtures and the state of the description during a rental, must be submitted to the owner’s insurance within 3 days of entering the premises.
Any other complaint must be addressed to him no later than eight days after the end of the stay, by registered mail
In case of persistent disagreement, disputes may be submitted to the service of the owner’s lawyer.
Article 16 - Responsibilities
REVIGORA LOCATIONS declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to effects belonging to customers during their stay.
The customer will be held responsible for any damage, any damage, any act of vandalism that may arise because of the occupation of the premises and/or because of the participants and/or the staff for whom he is responsible, both for furniture, decoration and real estate belonging or not to the hotel. As a result, REVIGORA LOCATIONS may therefore ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and without any reimbursement of the current stay, and to reimburse the damage caused by these acts.
Article 17 - Computing and Freedom
In application of the law 78-17, known as data processing and freedoms, the customers are informed that their reservation is subject to computerized nominative processing. Users have the right to access and rectify the data entered, which is exercised at the registered office: REVIGORA LOCATIONS, 458 Montée du gravel rouge, 38200 VIENNE. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.
REVIGORA LOCATIONS offers wifi internet access. The user client undertakes that the computer resources made available to him will not be used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a related right such as texts, photographic images, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the Intellectual Property Code when this authorization is required.
REVIGORA LOCATIONS has a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building as well as in the parking lot.
Article 18 - Applicable Law
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for the rules of substance as well as for the rules of form. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF SALE
1- Les prix comprennent :
– 8 kWh/jour inclus dans le prix.
– 500 litres d’eau/jour.
2- Charges Supplémentaires : En cas de dépassement des consommations d’électricité, d’eau, le
supplément sera facturé sur la base du tarif en vigueur. Le chauffage fuel ou gaz en cas d’absence
de compteur. 6 €/jour pour 2-3 pers. 8 €/jour pour 4 pers. 10 €/jour pour 5-6 pers.
3- La mention G+ signifie que la fourniture des produits d’entretien et des draps est comprise dans
le tarif.
4- Taxe de séjour : Dans certaines communes touristiques, une taxe de séjour est perçue par le
propriétaire pour le compte de la commune.
5- En cas de prix charges comprises, le prix de la location comprend :les charges de chauffage,
électricité, eau .
6- les suppléments : Les consommations supplémentaires seront à payer directement auprès de
votre propriétaire à la fin de votre séjour. Ces consommations doivent faire l’objet d’un relevé
contradictoire au début et à la fin de votre séjour. Elles ne sont facturables que s’il y a effectivement
un compteur individuel. N.B. Le prix du kWh d’électricité ne peut excéder le tarif EDF en vigueur.
Des prestations complémentaires ne peuvent vous être facturées que si les relevés préalable et
final des compteurs sont effectués contradictoirement.
7 Attestations de séjour : certains établissements ou comités d’entreprise accordant des
allocations vacances, notre association ne peut délivrer une attestation ou facture que sur
justification de votre séjour.
8- Accueil : Vous devez être accueillis par votre propriétaire ou son représentant.-
Les horaires normaux d’arrivée sont entre 16h et 21h et de départ 10 h.- Il est recommandé de prendre
contact téléphoniquement avec votre propriétaire pour fixer l’arrivée. De plus, il pourra vous
conseiller pour l’accès.- En cas de départ prématuré ou nocturne, prévenir votre propriétaire.
9- Animaux : La présence d’animaux doit être signalée dans le devis ou facturation. ( voir chapitres dégradations et animaux)
10- Charges de ménage : Le ménage est effectué par le propriétaire une fois par semaine à partir de 7 jours de séjour, Vous devez rendre votre appart’hôtel propre à votre départ.-
11- Assurance du locataire : Informez-vous auprès de votre compagnie d’assurances habituelle et vérifiez si votre contrat multirisque habitation comporte une extension pour les locations.
